Black Canvas Society is an online membership and education space designed to support nail technicians with business guidance, resources, training, and community support.

The Society provides education and mentorship-style support, not regulated qualifications or professional certification

3. Membership & Access

Membership is for individual use only and must not be shared.
Access is granted once payment is successfully processed.
Content may change, be updated, added to, or removed at any time as the Society evolves.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
By subscribing, you authorise automatic recurring payments.
Prices may change, but you will be notified in advance where applicable.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until resolved.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the content:

All sales are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future payments but does not provide a refund for time already paid.
Access will remain until the end of your current billing period.

6. Community Conduct

Black Canvas Society is a supportive, respectful space. By joining, you agree to:

Be respectful to other members
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour
Not promote unrelated services, spam, or self-promotion without permission

We reserve the right to remove members without refund if behaviour negatively impacts the community.

The Society does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property
